1. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Earlier we had issued notice which was to be served by dasti service as well as by email to the petitioner. This notice has already been served as submitted by the counsel for the petitioner and affidavit of service of notice has also been filed. Thereafter, also nobody appears on behalf of respondent. Hence, we issued notice through the concerned police station.

3. We have received report from the police station that they are seeking further time to serve the notice upon the respondent. Time to serve the notice by the police station is extended till next date of hearing.

4. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 06.01.2027.
