Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the witness could not be present today due to some personal difficulties. She further states that an advance intimation in this regard was already given to the other side. She requests that these matters may be, therefore, listed for the cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness on some other date.

As requested, let these matters be listed for cross-examination of Petitioner's witness on 06.01.2027 and 07.01.2027, consecutively. The next date, i.e., 04.11.2026, already fixed earlier also stands cancelled.
