1. Case taken up.

2. This old petition of year 2018 is pending at the stage of final hearing. Since 13.12.2024 and all through on each date, adjournment request is there, either by one side with no oppose by other side, or by both side. Hence, for about two years, this proceeding is pending at this stage of final hearing, on the pretext of both of the counsel. Today, again a joint request is being made for adjournment.

3. Under above circumstances, this fact is being written on the record, with an expectation to Learned Counsel to both side to extend their full cooperation for getting this old year petition disposed of.

4. List the matter on 08.01.2027 “for final hearing”.
