1. MA 241/2026: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred by the original respondent mainly for the reason that the respondent wants to add the  grounds for factual matrix of which is already mentioned in the reply.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that no new facts are brought on record which are already mentioned in the reply. On this basis new  grounds have been mentioned in this Miscellaneous Application which may be permitted to be agitated in the TP 46/2022.

3. Notice upon non-applicant (original petitioner). Learned counsel appearing for petitioner accepts notice and is seeking time to get instructions and to file reply.

4. Time to file reply in Miscellaneous Application is granted till next date of hearing.
