1. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs. 8,53,612/- from the respondent. 

2. Heard Counsel appearing for the petitioner.  Nobody appears for the respondent.

3. We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 17.07.2026  upon the Directors of the respondent Mr.Pratik Talukdar, HAVING OFFICE AT: 2nd Floor, Module-II,  Webel IT Park, Tower II, BN-9, Sector-5, Salt Lake,  Kolkata - 700091, Mr. Abhishek Mukherjee HAVING OFFICE AT:2nd Floor, Module-II,  Webel IT Park, Tower II, BN-9, Sector-5, Salt Lake,  Kolkata - 700091 and  Ms.Julie Chakraborty HAVING OFFICE AT: 2nd Floor, Module-II,  Webel IT Park, Tower II, BN-9,  Sector-5, Salt Lake,  Kolkata - 700091, ­to  be served through Bidhannagar Police, Electronics Complex Police Station, DN-57, Salt Lake Bypass, DN Block,  Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata,  West Bengal-700091, Ph: 9147889450, 033-23679779 Email: psecomplex@policewb.gov.in. 

4. The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Directors of the Respondent.

We, therefore, request Deputy Commissioner of Police  167, ED Block, Sector-2,  Bidhannagar, Kolkata,  West Bengal-700091  Ph: 916290362172, 9147889489 Email: dcp-bdn@policewb.gov.in, to see that the order passed by this Tribunal dated 17.07.2026 is served upon the Directors of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.

6. Copy of today’s order as well as order dated 17.07.2026 be sent to  Deputy Commissioner of Police  167, ED Block, Sector-2,  Bidhannagar, Kolkata,  West Bengal-700091  Ph: 916290362172, 9147889489 Email: dcp-bdn@policewb.gov.in  by Registered Post A/D or by Speed Post.
