Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present. Nobody appears for the Respondent.

Perusal of the record indicates that the Respondent has not been appearing in this matter for a quite long time. Another opportunity of four weeks is granted to the Respondent to appear before this Court either in-person or to represent itself through its counsel to join the proceedings otherwise the issues will be framed in its absence.
