Learned Counsel appearing for the IRP submits that these matters are already listed before the Hon'ble Bench through MA Nos. 255/2026 and 256/2026 which are next listed on 24.12.2026. Hence, these matters may also be listed along with those MAs before the Hon'ble Bench.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner opposes the request and submits that these petitions be listed before this court.

Learned Counsel for IRP further submits that no purpose would be served to list these matters before this court as the insolvency proceedings are going against the Respondent and the same is being put on record before the Hon'ble Bench through the MAs mentioned above.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for IRP, let these matters be listed before the Hon'ble Bench along with the MAs already listed on 24.12.2026.
