1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has preferred a Civil Appeal along with Delay Condonation Application before Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India against the judgment and decree passed by this Tribunal in TP 174/2015 and interim order to the effect that no penalty proceedings will be initiated against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited  has already been passed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India.

2. In view of these submissions by the counsel for both the sides, this matter is adjourned sine-die.

3. This matter shall be listed immediately upon mentioning by any of the counsels, either for decree holder or by the counsel for judgment debtor.
