2. Learned Counsel for Appellant as well as for Respondent No. 4 - Central Bank of India is present. None is for Saraswat Bank, nor the reply, for which time was taken by Saraswat Bank, got filed on record. Learned counsel for Saraswat Bank appeared at this stage, and requested to file it in the course of day. Let it be filed so.

The order of this Tribunal was got communicated to the Office of Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai and reply from there is of communication made to Mr S.V.R Srinivas, IAS, for ensuring the submission of explanation, if any, in response to order of this Tribunal. But, no response is there. Let, a specific version of Office of Chief Secretary, Maharashtra be got obtained by Office with regard to comment, if any, submitted by Mr S.V.R Srinivas, to it or not?, with a specific mention of service of order of this Tribunal to Mr S.V.R Srinivas in above context.
