1. MA 178/2026: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred seeking exemption from supplying the neatly typed copies of certain Annexures annexed with this Telecom Appeal. This Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed, subject to, the condition that whenever any of the counsels, either for the appellant or for the respondent, is reading any Annexure of this Telecom Appeal and if the same is found as not legible, appellant shall supply neatly typed copy thereof. On that condition this Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and disposed of.

3. Meanwhile, interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 14.07.2026 by this Tribunal shall stand continued to be operative during the pendency and final hearing of this Telecom Appeal.
