1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent is seeking time to file reply.

2. This adjournment is objected by learned counsel appearing for petitioner because since last two dates of adjournments they are seeking time to file reply.

3. Hence, time to file reply is granted to the respondent, subject to, deposition of cost at Rs. 5,000/-. This cost shall be deposited by the way of Demand Draft payable to "TDSAT Employees Welfare Society", within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The Registry is hereby directed to accept the reply only upon deposition of the cost by the respondent. Time to file the reply is also granted till the next date of hearing.
