3. Notice upon respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent accepts the notice and submits that this matter is similar to other matters which have already been argued and judgement is reserved. Nonetheless, learned counsel appearing for respondent is seeking time to file reply. Time to file reply is granted till 14.10.2026.

4. Meanwhile, we hereby stay the operation, implementation and execution of the impugned order which is at Annexure P-1 dated 02.09.2026 till next date of hearing.
