We have issued notice upon the respondent no.2 but deliberately it appears that respondent no.2 is avoiding to remain present before this Tribunal either as a party-in-person or through their counsel though they are appearing as respondent no.1 in another similarly situated matter being BP 345/2025.

2. We, therefore, direct the Directors of the respondent no.2 to remain personally present before this Tribunal at 11:00 A.M in BP 68/2025 or they may engage learned counsel on their behalf.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 submitted that they have already filed reply which is on record.

4. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 27.11.2026.
