1. When we have earlier passed the orders on  more than one occasion to give the Bank transaction details of the Directors of the respondent no.1 and today when we are asking what is the name of the Bank, they are deliberately not speaking the correct  name of the Bank.

3. It is too much that  the Directors of the respondent no.1 is not giving the name of the Bank when repeatedly we are asking. This is too much an adamant approach of the Directors of the respondent no.1 whose names are  Mr. Chinmay Bhattacharya and Mr. Supriyo Roy Karmakar.

4. Even the Bank Statement which they have supplied, there is no mentioning of the name of the Bank at all.  Moreover, earlier they have supplied the Bank Accounts in  seven different Banks whereas  now they are speaking about only one Bank. We do not have any correct numbers of Bank Accounts and in how many Banks. Hence, we hereby direct the aforesaid two Directors of respondent no.1 to remain personally present before this Tribunal on next date of hearing at 11:00 A.M.

5. On the next date of hearing, we hereby direct the aforesaid two Directors of the respondent no.1 to present before this Tribunal the Bank Statements of all the Banks in which there are Bank Accounts of respondent no.1 with stamp and signature of the Bank authority.

6. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 05.11.2026.
