1. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We have also heard learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 who has submitted that they have already filed their reply and rejoinder has also been filed by the petitioner for the replies of respondent nos. 1 and 2. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 & 4 has submitted that they have also filed reply which is more in the form of Preliminary Objections, copy whereof shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to get instructions and, if need arises, will file rejoinder affidavit.
