1. Case taken up.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for Petitioner in virtual mode, mentioned that notice to Resolution Professional (RP) is there, but, affidavit of service could not be got filed and will be filed in the course of day, for which time be given.

3. From the very perusal of order sheet, it is apparent that since last three consecutive dates, same request has been made, for filing compliance in the course of day, and at each time, this was granted with a specific direction, for filing the affidavit in the course of day. But, it was not complied with and today again, the same request is being made. This shows the way of dealing with the case by the Counsel.

4. As Respondent Company is being said to be under RP proceeding, hence, both of these Petitions are being kept 'undated', and after the filing of the order of above proceeding, the same may be placed in judicial side.
