After hearing Learned Counsel for both sides, the following issue(s) is framed in agreement of the Counsel:-

1. Whether the Petitioner is entitled to recovery of a sum of Rs.25,41,314/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Only) from the Respondent towards outstanding subscription dues payable as on 31.01.2019 alongwith the pendente lite and future interest @18% per annum?

As prayed for, let the Evidence Affidavit be filed by the Petitioner within four weeks from today.
