The Evidence Affidavit has still not been filed by the Respondent despite imposition of cost. Another opportunity of three weeks is granted to the Respondent to file its Evidence Affidavit along with the cost imposed, failing which the matter will be listed before the Hon'ble Bench for appropriate Orders/Directions.
