1. This matter has been listed today after mentioning by learned counsel for the petitioner who has submitted that there are some typographical errors in the order dated 22.09.2026 i.e. the dates "17.03.2025" and "24.02.2026" as indicated in paragraphs 3, 5 & 6  should have been "26.09.2025" and "27.02.2026" respectively. The same may kindly be rectified accordingly.

2. The prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed and, as pointed out,  the order dated 22.09.2026 is modified as under:

                                                                   "O R D E R

1. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.09,41,235.16/- from the      respondent. 

2. Heard Counsel appearing for the petitioner.  Nobody appears for the respondent.

3. We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 26.09.2025      upon the proprietor of the respondent Mr. Boopathy V, HAVING OFFICE AT: 6, Erode  Road, Velluvapalayam, Nasiyanur, Erode, Perundurai, Tamil Nadu-638107, ­to  be served  through North (V.Chathram) Police Station, Nasiyanur Rd, near Nachayi Tea Kadai, Manikampalayam Housing Unit, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638011, India. Thereafter, Bailable Warrant has been issued upon the aforesaid respondent vide order dated 27.02.2026.

4. The aforesaid notice as well as the Bailable Warrant have not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Proprietor of the Respondent. 

5. We, therefore, request Ms. Selvi D V Kiran Shruthi,IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Panneerselvam Park, Erode-638001 Contact No.9498116666,to see that the orders passed by this Tribunal dated 26.09.2025 and 27.02.2026 are served upon the Proprietor of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.

6. Copy of today’s order as well as order(s) dated 26.09.2025 and 27.02.2026  be sent to Ms. Selvi D V Kiran Shruthi,IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Panneerselvam Park, Erode-638001 Contact No.9498116666, by Registered Post A/D or by Speed Post.

7. Dasti/Direct service is also permitted to the petitioner to serve today’s order as well as the aforesaid orders of this Tribunal to Ms. Selvi D V Kiran Shruthi,IPS, Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Panneerselvam Park, Erode-638001 Contact No.9498116666.

8. Hence, the matter is adjourned on 26.11.2026."

4. The order dated 22.9.2026 is rectified/modified to the above extent only. Rest of the order will remain as it is.
