2. Learned counsel appearing for applicant ( original petitioner), upon instructions from their client, submitted that at this stage this Miscellaneous Application is not pressed by original petitioner.

3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for respondent and looking to the aforesaid submission, this Miscellaneous Application is hereby disposed of as not pressed at this stage.

4. Learned counsels appearing for both sides jointly submitted that both the aforesaid Broadcasting Petitions are to be listed before Court of Registrar for framing of issues and adducing evidences. Hence both these Broadcasting Petitions (BP.302/2023 and BP. 112/2024) be listed before Court of Registrar for framing of issues and adducing evidences on 03.12.2026.
