1. Both the aforesaid Telecom Petitions are claim and counter claims. There are all chances of settlement of disputes between parties to these litigations. Hence, we hereby refer both the aforesaid Telecom Petitions to the Mediation Centre by this Tribunal.
2. We hereby appoint Ms. Anshu Priyadarshini as learned Mediator to mediate the disputes between the parties to these litigations. We hereby direct the representatives of the parties to these litigations along with their learned counsels to remain personally present before the learned Mediator at Mediation Center of this Tribunal on 09.10.2026 between 1:30 P.M to 2:30 P.M.
3. These matters are, therefore, adjourned on 23.12.2026, by which date it is expected that the learned Mediator will file the mediation report.
