1. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner is seeking time to get instructions as they have received counter-affidavit filed by Mr. Rohit Kedia. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several pages of the reply filed by Mr. Rohit Kedia are not legible.

Nonetheless, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to get instructions and has also requested the learned counsel for  Mr. Rohit Kedia to supply the legible copies of the documents annexed with the reply. Respondent will supply the legible copies of the Annexures annexed with the counter-affidavit to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
