2. In spite of writing to Mr. Raghubir Lal, IPS, Commissioner of Police and sending it through speed post, no response is there. Matter be got reported to Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow for taking action in the matter, and ensuring compliance at an earliest.

3. Mr. Prince Kumar, Advocate claiming himself to be a Counsel for Respondent No.1, will file his Vakalatnama within two days.

4. Let it be filed so. Reply, if any, be got filed within four weeks. Replication, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
