2. A show cause cum reminder notice to Commissioner of Police, Mumbai was ordered to be issued. But, the office had not complied it. Rather, some letter has been sent to some Police Officer along with the concerned Police Station, which is in utter disregard of the order of this Tribunal.

3. Let compliance be got made and explanation by the employee/officer concerned of this Tribunal be got filed in this regard.

4. List the matter on 12.01.2027 “for further directions”.
