Nobody appears for the Petitioner. Learned Counsel for the Respondent is present and submits that the possibility of settlement of this matter is being explored and the same is likely to be settled soon. She further requests that this matter may be listed some time in December 2026. Prayer is allowed subject to the condition that if there is no settlement between the parties by the next date, the respondent shall file its Evidence Affidavit within three weeks thereafter.
