The Evidence Affidavit of the Respondent has still not been filed.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that Respondent is willing to settle the matter through mediation and talks in this regard are on between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, however, submits that no settlement talks are going on between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks four weeks' time as a last opportunity to file Evidence Affidavit along with the cost imposed earlier. 

By way of last indulgence, prayer is allowed.
