1. This Petition has been preferred for recovery of Rs.11,53,024/-  from the respondent. 

2. Heard Counsel appearing for the petitioner.  Nobody appears for the respondent.

3.We had on earlier date of adjournment issued notice vide order dated 19.03.2025  upon the Mrs. Bindu Singh,w/o Ravi Bhushan Proprietor, M/S Arav Raj Cable Tv, Ashok Budh Vihar, Temple, Jagdeo Path, Rukanpura, Patna, Bihar - 800014, ­to  be served through Rupaspur Police Station, Bailey Road, Danapur Bazar, Patna - 801503 (Priyadarshi Nagar, Near Amity University, DPS More) Ph No.: +919431820409. Thereafter, the Bailable Warrant had been issued vide order dated 06.04.2026.

4. The aforesaid notice has not been served by the SHO of the aforesaid Police Station upon the Proprietor of the Respondent.

I, therefore, request Ms. Mata Kalyani, City Superintendent of Police, Central, Patna Superintendent of Police (City Central) Office, Near Krishna Hall / Gandhi Maidan Road, Muradpur, Patna, Bihar - 800001. Email: spcity-patna-bih@nic.in Phone: 9031825813 to see that the orders passed by this Tribunal dated 19.03.2025 and 06.04.2026 are served upon the Proprietor of the Respondent through the aforesaid Police Station.

Copy of today’s order as well as orders dated 19.03.2025 and 06.04.2026  be sent to Ms. Mata Kalyani, City Superintendent of Police, Central, Patna Superintendent of Police (City Central) Office, Near Krishna Hall / Gandhi Maidan Road, Muradpur, Patna, Bihar - 800001. 7.
