Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to some personal difficulties, he could not file the Evidence Affidavit in this matter. He further submits that two weeks' time may be allowed as a last opportunity to file Evidence Affidavit. Prayer is allowed subject to the condition that if the Evidence Affidavit is not filed within the extended time, a cost of Rs.5000/- shall be payable by the Petitioner in the name of "TDSAT EMPLOYEES' WELFARE SOCIETY".
