1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for both side are present.

2. Registrar is never expected to list the matter before of Court, on its own whim. Once the matter was referred to Court of Registrar for recording the evidence and objections, if any, during the course of recording of evidence, is being raised by any side, the same is to be written in above recorded statement, and while appreciating evidence, the effect and validity of same is to be adjudged by Tribunal in Judicial side. It is nowhere expected, that upon any objection made verbally, the matter is to be listed in Judicial side. The concerned Registrar is being directed to be careful in future.
