1. Learned counsel for the respondent is seeking a week's time to file reply, which is granted. 

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking four weeks' time to file rejoinder-affidavit, which is also granted.

3. Thereafter list the matter before the Court of Registrar for framing of issues and taking evidences on 01.12.2026.

4. Interim relief granted earlier vide our order dated 09.07.2026 to be read with the order passed by Hon'ble the Delhi High Court  shall stand continued to be operative during the pendency and final hearing of this Broadcasting Petition.
