1. MA 298/2026: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred by original petitioner seeking fixation of a date of  final hearing for TP 11/2022.

2. When the matter is called out, nobody appears for original respondent.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pleadings have already been completed and evidence is also completed,  I, hereby,  direct the Registry to enlist this matter under the heading " For Hearing" on 27.01.2027 before Bench No.II.

4. MA 298/2026 is hereby allowed and disposed of.
