1. MA 301/2026: This miscellaneous application has been preferred by the decree holder seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the judgement debtors.

2. Notice upon the non-applicants/judgement debtors. Learned counsel Mr. Pratham Bagga accepts notice upon the non-applicants 3 and 5 , and Mr. Vibhav Srivastava accepts notice  on behalf of non-applicants 6 to 9.  Notice upon rest of the non-applicants to be served by dasti service as well as by email, returnable by the next date of hearing. 

3. Learned counsels who have accepted notice, are seeing time to get instructions and time to five reply, which is granted till next date of hearing.
