Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to change of the IRP of the Petitioner Company by the order of NCLT, Mumbai Bench, the letter of the authority could not be annexed with the Evidence affidavits, hence, filing of the same is delayed. He seeks further time of two weeks to file the same along with the appropriate letter of the authority. Prayer is allowed subject to the condition that if the Evidence Affidavits are not filed within the extended time, a cost of Rs.5000/- shall be payable by the Petitioner in the name of "TDSAT EMPLOYEES' WELFARE SOCIETY".
