1. Case taken up.

2. Counsel for Petitioner mentioned that affidavit had already been filed in compliance of order, dated 05.08.2026. But, the depreciated value is not there. The same is to be filed within a week.

3. Counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 mentioned that she request for discharge, because of the non-cooperation and non contact by Respondent No. 1, inspite of best efforts. A written notice has already been sent. The same is to be filed in the Court. Counsel for Respondent No. 2 is present.

4. As a notice for discharge has been given to Respondent No. 1, hence, Respondent No. 1 will be at liberty to engage any other Counsel, if it desires so. Otherwise, exparte proceeding may take place against it.

5. List the matter on 06.01.2027 “for further hearing”.
