1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner is present.

2. The evidence affidavit is with specific mention of its annexures, written to be exhibit. But, those are not annexed with this affidavit. The Registrar, before whom, the evidence got concluded, was expected to be cautious on this point. Though mention of exhibit is there, but, the documents which are neither primary, nor secondary one, had not been annexed with this affidavit evidence. When asked for, time is being requested for getting it complied with.

3. Let an affidavit, annexing those documents proved as exhibit by affidavit evidence, be got filed on record.
