3. Miscellaneous Application No. 296/2026 has been moved by Respondent Company, for recall of order to proceed exparte against Respondent. The Counsel for Petitioner is with no objection over this application. Rather, a request is to get it allowed and provide an opportunity to other side, to file its reply to the Petition. Matter be got adjudged after hearing both side.

4. Having heard and gone through, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, it is being allowed. Order to proceed exparte against Respondent Company is being recalled. Let a reply to Petition be got filed within four weeks.

5. Replication, if any, may be filed within four weeks thereafter.

6. List the matter on 12.01.2027 “for further hearing”.
