ORDER

1. Upon being mentioned, this matter is taken on board. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is some corrections in order dated 09.10.2026 passed in this matter in so far as the details shown for service of Bailable Warrant through the concerned Police Station upon the proprietor of the respondent is concerned. Hence, she submits that the Bailable Warrant  may now kindly be issued afresh on the address furnished by her today. 

2. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to issue Bailable Warrant  on the address furnished today by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The modified order is as under:

3. This petition has been filed for the recovery of Rs.7,89,568/-  from the respondent.

4. We had also issued a notice to the respondent, but they have not appeared. We had again issued notice through the concerned Police Station. Despite these facts, nobody appears for the respondent.   

5. We, hereby issue Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs.2,50,000/-  upon Mr. Pravin R. Dange, Proprietor of the respondent, through the Gadge Nagar Police Station, Amravati, Maharashtra. Dasti/Direct service upto Head of aforesaid Police Station. The fresh details furnished by the petitioner today are as under:

6. The Head of aforesaid Police Station will serve the Bailable Warrant upon the aforesaid person of the respondent and after completing the formalities of grant of Bail and after taking the signature, the paper will be returned to this Tribunal immediately.  

7. This Bailable Warrant has been issued to secure the presence of the proprietor of the respondent  before this Tribunal either as a party-in-person or through learned counsel on his behalf.

8. This matter is, therefore, adjourned on 07.01.2027.
