1. Party-in-person Mr. Vajid Niyazi S/o. Mr. Kamyab Niyazi has appeared in person on behalf of the respondent and again sought time to file reply, which is granted till next date of hearing.

3. Meanwhile, the respondent is permitted to approach the petitioner for settlement of  dues and reconciliation of  accounts.
