2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to file rejoinder-affidavit to the reply filed by respondent no.1 and respondent no.2. Thereafter the matter will be listed before Court of Registrar for examination of witness of the petitioner.

3. Time, as prayed for, is granted till next date of hearing.
