1. Case taken up. Learned Counsel for Petitioner is present.

2. The relief claimed in Petition is with regard to 1228 deactivated and 3 in stop STBs alongwith VCs belonging to the Petitioner, whereas, the document filed, as a proof of delivery of STBs is of 228 STBs only.

3. When asked for, Learned Counsel for Petitioner mentioned that the prayer clause is with typographical error. The claim is for 228 STBs only. This typographical error in pleading is to be got corrected first, before placing arguments.

4. Let appropriate amendment application in this regard, be got filed within two weeks.

5. List the matter on 06.01.2027 "for further hearing".
