1. MA 146/2025: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred by original appellant for condonation of delay of 135 days. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that there is typographical error in this Miscellaneous Application and wrongly it has been mentioned that there is delay of 105 days but, in fact, as per accurate calculation, the delay of 135 days has to be condoned. 2. Having heard the learned counsels for both sides and looking to the reasons stated in this Miscellaneous Application especially in paragraph nos. 3,4 and 5, there are reasonable reasons for condonation of delay. We, therefore, condone the delay in preferring this Cyber Appeal. We, hereby, allow and dispose of this Miscellaneous Application. 3. MA 164/2025: Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that the purpose of filing of this Miscellaneous Application has been achieved and hence, applicant (original appellant) is not pressing this Miscellaneous Application at this stage. This Miscellaneous Application is hereby and allowed and disposed of. 4. MA 165/2025: This Miscellaneous Application has been preferred by original appellant seeking stay of the impugned order. 5.
