2. List the matter before the Court of Registrar for framing of issues and taking evidences on 20.11.2026. Petitioner shall keep their witness(es) present before the Court of Registrar for cross-examination on that date. Meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file examination-in-chief affidavit on behalf of the petitioner's witness(es).
