1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner at length. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondent. We have already issued a Non-Bailable Warrant upon the owner of the respondent which is yet to be executed by the concerned Head of the Police station.

2. Hence, with a view to give one more chance to the respondent, this matter is adjourned on 11.1.2027.

3. Meanwhile, counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file affidavit(s) of examination-in-chief on behalf of the witness(es) of the petitioner.
