After hearing Learned Counsel for both sides, the following issues are framed in agreement of the Counsel:-

1. Whether the Petitioner is entitled to receive from the Respondent, 501 STBs along with accessories in a good working condition or in the alternative a payment of Rs.10,01,499/- towards cost of STBs i.e., @1,999/- per STB?

2. ⁠Whether the Respondent has illegally migrated from the network of the Petitioner to the network of competitor MSO in contravention of TRAI Regulations?

As prayed for, let the Evidence Affidavit be filed by the Petitioner within four weeks from today.
