ORDER

Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks to file Evidence Affidavit during the course of the day. However, vide last order dated 16.09.2026 three weeks' time was granted to file her Evidence Affidavit subject to the condition that if the same is not filed within the extended time, a cost of Rs.5000/- shall be payable by the Respondent in the name of "TDSAT EMPLOYEES' WELFARE SOCIETY".

Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks a short accommodation of a day to take instructions on this issue.
