Despite granting various opportunities and even after imposition of cost, the Evidence Affidavit has still not been filed by the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Bench for closing the right of the Respondent to file its Evidence Affidavit.

A final opportunity of two weeks is granted to the Respondent to file its Evidence Affidavit along with the cost imposed earlier otherwise the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble Bench as to closure of Respondent's right to this effect.
