1. Case taken up.

2. Learned Counsel for Petitioner, as well as respondent is present. The amendment with regard to adding of the petitioners has been incorporated, but the factum of withdrawal with regard to few of the parties, which was allowed by this Tribunal, is being said by Office to be not incorporated by presenting the amended memo. Whereas Counsel for petitioner mentioned that those were parties on record and adjudication qua them have been withdrawn. Hence, they will remain as a party, but the factum of  withdrawal of claim qua  them, as is in the order of this Tribunal is to be taken into consideration at the final adjudication stage. Hence, the pleading is complete.

3. Learned Counsel for respondent - second set of directors,  was to file its reply/ counter and for it a time was taken.  But it was not got filed. Rather some more time is being requested.

4. Let be filed within four weeks. Copy be served to petitioner.

5. Rejoinder cum replication, if any, may be filed.

6. List the matter on 05.01.2027 “for further directions”.
