Learned Counsel for the Respondent seeks further time of two weeks to file her Evidence Affidavit along with the cost. She further submits that the Evidence Affidavit has not been signed till yet, hence, the filing of the same is delayed.

Perusal of record indicates that the Respondent has been seeking time on various occasions and despite imposition of the cost Evidence Affidavit has still not been filed.

By way of last indulgence, one week's time is granted to the Respondent to file Evidence Affidavit along with the cost imposed earlier otherwise the matter shall be placed before the Hon'ble Bench as to closure of Respondent's right to this effect.
