From the very perusal of this application, it is an application for bringing on record, the change of the facts and circumstances, occurred during the pendency of this proceeding. The same is of sufficient ground, hence, allowed.

3. Let the Petition be got amended, in Red Ink in Office, by Petitioner. Amended Petition be also kept on record. A reply to Amended Petition may be filed by Respondent, within six weeks.

4. List the matter on 05.01.2027 “for further hearing”.
