Upon being mentioned by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this matter is taken on board.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this matter was listed before this Court yesterday but she could not appear due to some personal difficulties. She seeks to mention this matter for fixing an early date for cross-examination of Petitioner's witness. She further submits that the other side has already been informed about this request who is also agreeable for fixing an early date for cross-examination of the Petitioner's witness.
